Bird proofing: Stylemaster will install a combination of flashings, spikes, and nettings so that there are no perch points for birds to congregate and pose a safety risk to people in the area.
Downpipes: Each structure will have strategically placed downpipes to make sure that rainwater flows straight from the rooftop down to the correct drainage spots.
Acoustic lining and insulation: Acoustic and insulation panels will help reduce noise transfer (i.e. rainfall hitting the rooftop) and absorb any sound being made under the roof. Thus, greatly reducing reverberation and noise amplification.
Zero obstructions: By minimising the use of support beams and posts where possible, this will create extra space and provide a panoramic view of your surroundings from practically all angles.
